Chirstmas ornament gift exchange

Well, I have to redo this blog thing...to many crazy things have happened. Anyway, I want to let everyone know about Sasha's get together that we had a few weeks ago.

It was crazy weather on that Saturday, it had just started snowing when I left my home. Anyway, it got a little hairy as I got closer to Sasha's home due to the massive amounts of snow falling and the "back" roads I was traveling. Low and behold I arrived safely and found a very festive and adorable home welcoming me. Sasha's home was decorated so cute; there were decorations everywhere, Christmas music playing on the TV and a woodwick candle burning on her dining room table. There was a spread of food made, all of which was delicious!

Tara, Sasha and I talked a lot that afternoon and was able to get caught up on each other's lives which was so nice. We also reminisced about college and had some great laughs. We looked at pics of Tara's new home (cannot wait to visit) and received a tour of Sasha's adorable home as well (love the basement!). So, we ate, talked some more, and then ate again...there was so much food!

We then had our little gift exchange (both Tara and I received owl ornaments and Sasha received a snowman)...will add pics when Tara sends them...they were all so cute. Anyway, we had a great time together and I look forward to doing it again. Tara said that she would like to have the next ornament gift exchange so that everyone can see where she lives...sounds good to me!

Thanks again Sasha for inviting all of us to your home, it was such a great time and I was glad to see Justin as well. And Lizz...I am so glad that you were alright after hitting that guard rail!

I'm so glad you redid this. I kept trying to log on to read about it, and I never got anywhere! Sorry I had to miss the gathering. I so wanted to be there.
